Why is the setup fee not refundable?
Setup is work our team does once, at the start: entering your menu, creating a QR code for every table, adding your branding and getting your staff ready. That time is spent as soon as we begin, so it can’t be returned.
Is GST extra?
No. The prices on this page are final. We don’t add GST on top.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. You can stop at any time and the plan ends after the month you have paid for.
Can I move from monthly to yearly later?
Yes. Talk to us and we will switch your billing. You do not pay setup again.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the table QR and the menu opens in their phone’s browser.
How do guests pay?
Payment is collected at the counter after the meal.
