Refund ~policy
The short version
Try Restero with a free demo before you pay. Once you pay, the one-time setup fee is not refundable. Monthly plans can be stopped at any time. Yearly plans are not refunded after payment. If we charge you by mistake, we refund it.
Free demo first
We offer a free demo so you can see exactly how Restero works for your restaurant before you pay anything.
Setup fee: not refundable
The setup fee (₹25,000 with the yearly plan, ₹15,000 with the monthly plan) is not refundable once paid.
Why: setup is work our team does once, at the start. We enter your menu, create a QR code for every table, add your logo and branding, and prepare you and your staff. We begin this work as soon as you join, so the time is spent and cannot be returned.
Monthly plan
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund the current month.
Yearly plan
The yearly fee covers 12 months of service from your start date. It is not refundable after payment, and you can keep using Restero until the 12 months end.
Switching plans
You can move from monthly to yearly billing. You do not pay the setup fee again.
When we do refund
- A duplicate or incorrect payment.
- A payment taken for a plan or amount you did not agree to.
- Payment received but Restero not delivered because of a problem on our side.
How to ask for a refund
Call or WhatsApp us within 7 days of the payment with your name, restaurant name and payment details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Prices and GST
The prices on our pricing page are final. We do not add GST on top.
