About these terms
These terms are between you (the restaurant or business using Restero) and Restero (“Restero”, “we”). By booking a demo, paying for a plan or using Restero, you agree to them.
What Restero is
Restero is QR table ordering software. Guests scan a QR code at their table, browse your menu, place an order, track it live and request services such as water or the bill, all from their own phone browser. Payment is collected by you at the counter.
Plans and fees
You pay a one-time setup fee and then either a yearly or a monthly fee, as shown on our pricing page at the time you join. Prices are final and do not include added GST. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and a change will not affect a period you have already paid for.
Payment
Fees are due before setup begins and before each billing period. If a payment fails or is overdue, we may pause your service until it is paid.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. The setup fee is not refundable.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate menu items, prices, photos and contact details, and keep them up to date.
- Follow food safety, licensing and labelling laws that apply to your business.
- Keep each table QR code in place and replace damaged ones.
- Keep any login details we give you private.
Guests and orders
Your restaurant, not Restero, sells food and drink to your guests. We provide the software that carries the order. You are responsible for preparing, serving and charging for every order and for resolving complaints from your guests.
Acceptable use
Do not use Restero for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, try to break or overload it, or copy or resell it without our written permission.
Your data and privacy
You own your menu and branding. We store the order and contact details needed to run the service and handle them as described in our privacy policy. Guest details are used only to run orders and table services.
Availability
We work to keep Restero running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Restero needs the guest’s phone to have an internet connection. We may update or improve features from time to time.
Ending your service
We may suspend or end your service if you break these terms or do not pay. When service ends, your QR codes stop working.
Our ownership
Restero, its software, design and name belong to us. You get the right to use it for your restaurant while your plan is active.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profit or indirect loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Katihar have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Restero after a change means you accept it.
